The Lake house
This house has been many things to me over the past 40 years. It's been a home to many family members over the years including myself. It's been a place I can return to when I need some time away. It's been a distraction from the chaos we've all endured over last few years. I grew up here during my high school years and have been returning ever since. Even now, after everyone is gone I find myself here once again... at the lake house. Maybe it's the air, perhaps it's the southern charm, or just the pace. Maybe it's all of the above.

Over the last four years, this house has received some much needed repairs that my mom didn't have the ability to deal with to in her final years. In addition, the interior has gotten a major update. Below you will find many of the projects that I've completed to date, as well as current plans that are in the works.
My Story
My woodworking experience comes from a rather unexpected source. Let's just say back in the day I liked the cars...the cars that go boom! Yeah, that's right...I'm part of the cause of a number of obnoxiously loud car audio systems throughout the 90's, shaking your house as they drove by and setting off nearby car alarms throughout the day. How could this be related you might ask? Well, along with the car audio profession came an education hard to find anywhere else. I gained extensive knowledge about woodworking and carpentry, fiberglass, upholstery, electricity and visual design. Building custom interiors worthy of car shows requires knowledge in all of these areas and the education was priceless. The experience definitely cultivated my interest in making things.
