Return & Exchange Policy

All products created by Lakeside Carving are made with the utmost attention to detail and quality control. I personally inspect each item prior to shipping.

 All sales are considered final, however I will make an exchange if there is a defect in the material or workmanship* within 30 days. Items must be returned in new condition and packaged well for the return. Shipping cost and packaging is the customer’s responsibility. Lakeside Carving is not responsible for improper use, neglect or exposure to extreme temperatures or changes in temperature or humidity. 

If your shipment was damaged during shipping, please notify Lakeside Carving immediately.
